The Saudi Arabian finance minister has said that the location of the GCC central bank is not negotiable.

The minister said that Saudi Arabia and three other Gulf states would proceed with their monetary union plan.

Finance minister Ibrahim Al Assaf said, 'It is not derailed, it will continue. The monetary union will proceed as planned.'

Earlier the UAE withdrew from the plan.
