GARRICK ELECTED CEO OF NIELSEN NORTH AMERICA

 NORTHBROOK, Ill., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- George Garrick, 41, has been elected to the new position of president and chief executive officer of Nielsen Marketing Research North America, it was announced today.
 Garrick will continue to report to Serge Okun, executive vice president of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, and will have responsibility for U.S. and Canada operations.
 Garrick joined NMR in June 1993 as president and chief operating officer.
