GALLERY RODEO INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES ADDITIONAL THREE GAMING LOTS CONTIGUOUS TO "WANDERING STAR" PROPERTY

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Gallery Rodeo International (OTC Bulletin Board: GROI) has successfully finalized the purchase of an additional three lots within the Gaming District of Cripple Creek, Colo. The additional lots, which are contiguous to the property already owned by the company, (the site of the proposed Wandering Star Hotel Casino) were purchased from the Colorado Springs, Colo.-based MAXPRO Corp. In the transaction, MAXPRO Corp. received a total purchase price of $400,000 U.S.
The additional three lots will add significantly to the project. The site of the proposed Wandering Star Hotel Casino now consists of a total of 10 contiguous lots along Highway 67, at the entrance to the Gaming District. The company and its architectural firm, Las Vegas-based, Tolman & Associates (architects for Kevin Costner's Deadwood, S.D., casino, the "Midnight Star") envision a project that will consist of one of the largest ground-floor casino operations yet constructed in the state, approximately 150 rooms, conference rooms, a movie theater, a comedy club, some retail shops for ice cream or candy stores, a fine art gallery, two restaurants and possibly a bowling alley.
At an altitude of nearly 10,000 feet and in the foothills of Pikes Peak, Cripple Creek and the surrounding area has been enjoyed by large numbers of tourists for decades. The company believes that between the natural beauty and allure of the area and the excitement and comfort of the resort hotel, the Wandering Star Hotel Casino will be one of the premier destination locations to visit in the United States.
Gallery Rodeo International, through its retail art locations, markets original fine art and limited edition serigraphs, lithographs and sculptures. In addition to representing well-known artist's estates such as Renoir and Picasso, the company also promotes its own artists, such as Brett-Livingstone Strong, through its three company- owned galleries in Beverly Hills, Lake Arrowhead, Calif., and Scottsdale, Ariz.
Gallery Rodeo International, a publicly traded company, can be found quoted on the electronic bulletin board under the symbol "GROI."
