GALLERY RODEO INTERNATIONAL INITIATES NATIONAL ART GALLERY FRANCHISING PROGRAM

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., March 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Gallery Rodeo International (OTC Bulletin Board: GROI) (GRI) announced it has agreed with Jon F. Elliott to assist GRI in establishing a new franchising program of art galleries nationwide.
The company plans an evenly paced franchising program that will steadily expand its capabilities to distribute fine art.
Elliott has assisted and run franchise programs for Days Inns (Atlanta), Tiffany Bakeries Ltd. (Toronto), and Numero Uno Franchise Corp.
Stephen M. Thompson, chief executive officer, stated, "Besides increasing sales of Gallery Rodeo International, the franchising expansion will position the company to negotiate more favorable original art and reproduction relationships with artists of high caliber and strong recognition, broadening the galleries' inventory of artworks for their customers."
Gallery Rodeo currently operates three company-owned galleries in Beverly Hills; Lake Arrowhead, Calif.; Scottsdale, Ariz.; and a licensing agreement in Austin, Texas.
Gallery Rodeo International markets original fine art and limited edition serigraphs, lithographs and sculpture. The company promotes its own as well as other artists in art galleries throughout the United States and through its three company-owned galleries.
