 GAIN TECHNOLOGY ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF SANTA FE INTERACTIVE
 PALO ALTO, Calif., May 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Gain Technology Inc. announced today that it has acquired Santa Fe Interactive of Santa Fe, N.M. The acquired company will form the nucleus of a Gain business unit called Gain Interactive.
 Santa Fe Interactive is the leading developer of customized multimedia business systems for corporate clients such as American Express, Hallmark Cards, Andersen Windows Inc. and DOW Chemical. They have pioneered multimedia applications that utilize a high degree of user interactivity to meet the increasing performance and productivity demands placed on corporate marketing, sales, finance, manufacturing and training departments.
 According to Thomas M. Siebel, Gain CEO, "The combination of expertise demonstrated by Santa Fe Interactive's innovative end user applications, and GainMomentum, the powerful software development system introduced by Gain on May 11, positions Gain Technology to take on the full scope of designing, building and delivering large-scale multimedia systems to business enterprises."

 Gain Technology Inc. develops and markets object-based multimedia software systems for use in large-scale business and consumer electronics applications.
