GAA: STATS THE WAY, LADS.

OTHER counties might have psychologists as part of their back-room team but Antrim have enlisted the services of a statistician for the resumption of the National League campaign.

Professor Peter O'Donoghue, from the University of Ulster, will travel to Limerick next week to conduct some video analysis as the Saffrons bid to break their duck after pre-Christmas defeats by Cork and Armagh.

Manager Brian White explained: "Peter will be analysing the performance of individual players and the team as a whole."
