G.S. Wilcox finance deals tally up to nearly $35M.

G.S. Wilcox & Co. has completed $34,700,000 in financing across three transactions.

The financings were arranged by Gretchen S. Wilcox, president of the Morristown, NJ-based firm, and its two principals, David Fryer and Al Raymond.

The first transaction of $18,200,000 was secured by a 322,000 s/f industrial building in Moonachie, New Jersey. The property is 100 percent leased to two tenants. The financing was provided by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, a correspondent lender of the firm's, for a repeat customer of G.S. Wilcox.

The second transaction consisted of a $ 12,000,000 loan that was secured by three industrial warehouse buildings totaling 211,527 s/f in South Hackensmck, New Jersey. The property was financed by an insurance company with G.S. Wilcox & Co. representing Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

For the third transaction, G.S. Wilcox arranged $4,500,000 in financing for a 40,000 s/f owner-occupied retail building in Farmingdale, New York. Genworth Life Insurance Company, another correspondent of the firm's, provided the financing.
