Fundraisers from the John Taylor Hospice; THRIVE.
The team from the RBS Retail Customer Service Centre, based at Brindley place, were keen to support the work at John Taylor Hospice and undertook sponsored events including a fun run to raise the cash.
Gill Trimble, from RBS's Retail Customer Service Centre, said: "Like me, many of my friends, colleagues and customers are very much aware of the important work John Taylor Hospice does. Staff and volunteers at the hospice work tirelessly for people suffering from life limiting conditions, from the Sutton Coldfield and North and East Birmingham areas, some of whom are in the last days of their lives.
It also has a day hospice, an inpatient unit and community based nursing and bereavement support teams assisting patients and their families. My colleagues and I want to say thank you to everybody who sponsored us."
Jeanette Moon Manager of the RBS's Retail Customer Service Centre, said: "It's easy to underestimate the amount of their time people like the team from Brindley place put in to good causes in their communities and I am very proud of their achievements."
