Fun day with extra character.

MBARK on a magical adventure and make dreams come true with David Wilson Homes.

EThe five-star housebuilder is sprinkling a touch of pixie dust across Nunthorpe with its fun day for all this Saturday, filled with fairy dust, face-painting and fun.

Visitors both near and far are invited to the housebuilder's Grey Towers Village site in Nunthorpe, where they can take part in the ultimate game of hideand-seek around the development for some of their favourite princesses and superheroes, including Tinkerbell, Cinderella, Rapunzel, Belle, Spiderman, Captain America, Bumblebee and Paw Patrol's very own Chase.

The games begin at 1pm, when children and parents are invited to visit the sales office and pick up their treasure hunt-style maps.

With a host of entertainment and delicious food stalls including hotdogs, popcorn and candyfloss, it's going to be a fun-filled day for families and friends. The housebuilder is also awarding the best-dressed child a PS50 toy voucher. What's more, David Wilson Homes is offering to pay any stamp duty fees for those looking to secure their new dream home this weekend only.

Grey Towers Village is a luxury development offering a warm community feel, located off a quiet leafy lane in the sought-after village of Nunthorpe.

With prices starting from PS259,995, Grey Towers Village offers a selection of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, for both first time buyers and families looking for a little extra space to grow. That's in addition to a range of initiatives available, including both the Help to Buy scheme and David Wilson Homes's own innovative part-exchange scheme.

Barratt Developments was recently awarded five stars in the new Home Builders Federation (HBF) annual customer satisfaction survey for the 10th year in a row.
