Full range of homes on offer at Bridgend.

TALBOT Green based developer, Llanmoor, has begun the creation of 44 homes at the company's latest development, Maes Melyn, Broadlands, Bridgend.

Ideal for first time buyers will be the semi-detached Chelsea style with an almost square lounge, connecting kitchen/dining room, a guests' cloakroom, two bedrooms and a stylish family bathroom.

With three bedrooms, is the semidetached Bayswater, which has a bay-windowed lounge, a kitchen diner and a cloakroom.

Both the Chelsea and Bayswater are to become showhomes later in the year.

Also with three bedrooms and semidetached is Llanmoor's very popular Finchley type, with a dual aspect lounge and dining room, a breakfasting kitchen, cloakroom and a single garage. Three detached versions of the Finchley are planned.

Detached and with three bedrooms will be a pair of the Chiswick style homes, which will have a connecting lounge and dining room, kitchen with an adjacent utility room and cloakroom, family bathroom, en-suite facilities and a single garage.

Offering larger than average three-bedroom accommodation will be two examples of the Oakwood - a relatively new addition to the Llanmoor range.

The Oakwood has a square bay windowed lounge, connecting dining room with French doors, kitchen with an adjoining utility room and cloakroom, an en suite shower in addition to a family bathroom and a single garage.

All the homes at Maes Melyn, within easy walking distance of Bridgend town centre, are to have UPVC double glazing, economical gas central heating, and a high level of insulation for low running costs - and will carry an NHBC 10 year warranty.

Under the company's quality policy, all fixtures and fittings in the homes will be of a superior standard.

Fully fitted kitchens are to be equipped with a built-in single oven, hob and extractor.

Prices at the development will be from approximately pounds 65,000 to pounds 110,000.

A sales office is set to open at Maes Melyn during February. In the meantime, early bird enquiries may be made to Llanmoor's headquarters on 01443 226888.
