A closed-end investment company, Full Circle Capital Corporation (NASDAQ:FULL) revealed on Thursday that Gregg J Felton has been appointed president, co-chief executive officer and director of its board of directors, as of 8 November 2013.

Felton was further named a managing member and chief investment officer (CIO) of the company's investment adviser, Full Circle Advisors LLC.

With 18 years of experience in credit portfolio management, Felton has built many investment platforms during his career and he will mainly oversee overall investment policy, portfolio management and strategic initiatives.

Felton was a partner and managing director of Goldman Sachs, where he founded and was the CIO of Liberty Harbor, Goldman Sachs Asset Management's credit alternatives platform that managed about USD6bn in assets, from December 2006 until February 2013. From 2000 to 2006, he was a senior portfolio manager at Amaranth Advisors, a multi-strategy hedge fund and led its global corporate credit investment team and before that was a vice president at Chase Manhattan Bank from 1996 to 2000.

Further, most recently in 2013, Felton formed an investment vehicle Altus Power America partnering with an investment management firm to focus on solar power generation assets, besides serving as a director of Rye Country Day School.
