EAST HARTFORD, Conn. -- Full Capture Solutions, Inc., a provider of predictive, analytic-driven solutions for the insurance industry, has hired three new directors of business development - Andrew Blume, James Collings and Sean Moore. All three directors are industry veterans, each with over 20 years of experience.
Andrew Blume brings 30 years of insurance technology sales experience to Full Capture. Most recently, Andy was Senior Account Executive at Clear Technology. Previous employers include Patni Computer Systems, Trumbull Services, ISO, Policy Management Systems Corporation, Allstate Insurance Co., Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance Co., and Metropolitan Property and Casualty Insurance Co. For 30 years, James Collings has been selling technology products to the insurance and financial sectors. He joins Full Capture from Duck Creek Technologies where he was Director of Sales. Prior to Duck Creek, Jim worked in various sales and management positions at Patni Computer Systems, AcroSoft, Castek, ISI, Continnum, Policy Management Systems Corporation and Allstate Insurance Company. Sean Moore brings 20 years of insurance industry experience to Full Capture. Most recently, Sean was Director of Business Development at Trumbull Services. Prior to Trumbull, Sean worked in the Commercial and Financial Services divisions of The Hartford Financial Services Group and at The Travelers Insurance Group.
