Fujifilm Participates in 22nd Century Medical Center Project.

Tokyo, Japan, Sept 14, 2006 - (JCN) - Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd. (Fujifilm), in collaboration with The University of Tokyo Hospital, has established a class in integrated photo infomatics as part of Tokyo University's Medical Radiology for the 22nd Century Medical Center Project.

Fujifilm will offer its Fuji Computed Radiography (FCR) for use in 'SYNAPSE', a Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) for network management of medical pictures.

22nd Century Medical Center Project promotes research and development in the field of clinical medicine.
