Fuji to launch hybrid vehicle in 2012.

Fuji Heavy Industries Limited (Fuji) (TYO: 7270), a Japan-based automaker, is introducing a petrol-electric hybrid vehicle in 2012, according to President Ikuo Mori.
The automaker has not revealed if the vehicle will be developed jointly with Toyota Motor Corporation (NYSE: TM) (LSE: TYT) (TYO: 7203), or whether it will be based on the concept hybrid model displayed at the motor show.
The company is launching a sedan equipped with a two litre turbocharged petrol engine with two electric motors.
