Frosty fruit freezes.

Being out in the summer sun can make you hot and sweaty. Why not come inside and cool off with one of these frosty treats? They not only taste great, but they're loaded with vitamins and minerals, too!

Tropical Cooler

1 cup orange juice
2 cups pineapple chunks
1 banana, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons honey
2 cups ice cubes, crushed

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.

Peach Smoothie

1 cup fresh peaches,
   coarsely chopped
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons honey

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a
blender. Blend until smooth.

Berry Surprise

1 cup strawberries
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup raspberries
2 tablespoons frozen limeade
  concentrate, defrosted

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a
blender. Blend until smooth.

Blueberry-Banana
Shake

1 cup blueberries
1 banana, chopped
I cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon wheat germ

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a
blender. Blend until smooth.
