From sales to stand up.

JUSTIN Lee Collins was a doubleglazing window demonstrator before launching his stand-up act in 1997.

But he quit comedy in 2002 to host Strictly Come Dancing's spin-off show, only to be replaced a year later.

In 2005 and 2006, Collins presented The Games: Live At Trackside on E4 and worked with comedian Alan Carr on The Friday Night Project.

But his big pay day came in 2009, when he signed a PS3million deal with ITV for The Justin Lee Collins Show.

Channel 5 then snapped him up for Heads or Tails and a chat show that was axed over poor viewing figures.

He is now performing in Rock of Ages in the West End after training for musical theatre on a Sky 1 show.
