COLUMN: TEN THINGS TO DO

The Franklin School for the Performing Arts will present a concert "Broadway - Past and Present" at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Horace Mann Middle School, 224 Oak St., Franklin.

The school's performing troupes - including Broadway Ladies, Broadway Bound, Broadway Light, BLT2 and Lite Brites - will perform songs exploring Broadway's rich musical history. Numbers include "Don't Rain on My Parade" (from "Funny Girl''), "Let the Sun Shine/Aquarius," (from "Hair"), "I Won't Grow Up" (from "Peter Pan"), "It's Possible" (from "Seussical) and "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life" from ("Monty Python's Spamalot").
