Freshwater Launches FW Private Label Water Activation Brand.

CHICAGO -- Freshwater Technologies Inc.( OTCBB " FWTC") is pleased to announce that its innovative water activation products will now be marketed under the FW private label brand. ELCE International Corp., world wide distributor and manufacturer of the electric ceramic technology, formerly marketed under the ELCE brand ,has reached an agreement with Freshwater Technologies granting the Company the right to distribute all water activation units under the FW brand.

Given Freshwaters' increased presence in heating and cooling markets, the growing number of agricultural applications in greenhouse and manufacturing processes, promotion of the FW brand will strengthen customer acceptance of Freshwater's ability to market under its own name rather than as a distributor for another manufacturer. As a publicly traded company, Freshwater will be able to build on the significant number of applications developed over the past 15 years and will be directly identified as the provider of proven clean technology solutions. FW water activation is based on a proven method of production of electrical energy as water passes through a stainless steel cylinder containing hardened ceramic balls. The result is a reduction in the surface tension of the water and a reduction in the size of water molecules once treated by FW water activation. The result, a greater ability to penetrate surfaces in heating and cooling applications as well as enhance crop growing and manufacturing processes. FW brand water activation units will continue to carry our manufacturer's ten year replacement guarantee and will have continued access to the technical leadership and experience of ELCE International Corp. with whom the Company has an effective and promising joint venture agreement to promote and expand its "green" technology solutions.
