Fresh video clip of police brutality.

BARELY days after a video clip on social networking sites showing security forces parading four Kashmiri youth naked put the state government in a fix, a similar footage has surfaced causing further consternation.

This video clip shows security personnel parading a young man naked and comes a day after 15 people were killed in the Valley.

The state police described it as an attempt to incite people against the security forces and threatened net users of legal action in case they upload and transmit these pictures, which they claim were " morphed". Amnesty International has, meanwhile, urged India to carry out an effective investigation into the earlier footage. But the state police, instead of probing the source of the footage, issued another round of warning to net users on Tuesday against uploading or transmitting such images, calling it a " criminal offence punishable under the Information Technology Act".
