Official Military Personnel File (OMPF), are available for viewing and download. Officers should review their online records regularly for accuracy. The following guidance provides responses to frequently asked questions concerning record updates.
Block 52 (Service Schools): Request for service school updates must be sent to the Navy Standard Personnel Integration System (NSIPS) Help Desk at NSIPSHelpdesk.email@example.com, or via fax at 1-504-697-0342. Common examples of service schools include Basic Qualification Course (BQC) and Supply Officer Department Head Course (SODHC).

Block 54 (Formal Education): Official/sealed college transcripts must be sent to PERS 45E at:

Block 83, 86, 89, 91 (Navy Officer Billet Classification (NOBC): For present billet, previous billets, and chronological history of Naval Officer Classification updates, contact NSIPS Help Desk at NSIPSHelpdesk.firstname.lastname@example.org, or via fax at 1-504-697-0342. The NOBC will reference a billet title in the previous block.
Submissions to NSIPS should include a copy of fitness report/letter of appointment in addition to the requested NOBC value.
