Swedish online mobile handsets and subscriptions distributor Freetel AB said on Friday (13 June) that it had signed a letter of intent to acquire the Norwegian telecommunication products distributor One2Com AS.

No details have yet been disclosed.

The acquisition will create a strong integrated Nordic mobile solutions supplier with 40 employees in Sweden and Norway, and with pro forma revenues of some SEK241m, Freetel said.

One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.08 British pounds (GBP).
