Freddie Mac honors 2002 servicing technology winners. (Tech Newz).

FREDDIE MAC HONORED 10 MORTGAGE servicers for using technology to service loans more efficiently and to help borrowers keep the homes they purchase. Mortgage servicers sent in nominations highlighting Freddie Mac's EarlyIndicator[R], Early Resolution[R], Workout Prospector[R] and Investor Accounting Manager [SM] services.

The 2002 Freddie Mac Servicing Technology Award Recipients are:

* Maria Amlani, First Niagara Bank

* Travis Borkosky Chase Manhattan Mortgage

* Nancy Burdett, Sovereign Bank

* Mary McDermott, GMAC Residential Mortgage Corporation

* Jonathon Meade, National City Mortgage Corporation

* Dwayne Orr, Guaranty Residential Lending Inc.

* Patricia Shive, South Central Bank of Barren County (Kentucky)

* Gail Trenary, Fidelity Bank

* Molly Youngblood, HomeSide Lending Inc.

* Christopher Zoerb, HSBC Mortgage Corporation
