Frank Ianna Elected to AFC's Board of Directors.

AFC(R) , The Acronym for Access(SM), today announced the appointment of Frank Ianna, 54, to its board of directors. Ianna, retired president of AT&T Services, was elected to AFC's board effective February 25, 2004. The election brings the number of AFC board members to seven.

"We are very pleased to bring Frank's broad range of expertise in sales, marketing, and network management in the telecommunications industry to the board," commented John Schofield, chairman, president and CEO of AFC. "Frank will be a tremendous asset, and we will leverage his vast experience as we move the Company forward."

In 1971, Ianna received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. He also holds a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from MIT.

In addition to Ianna, AFC's board members include: John Schofield, chairman, president and CEO, AFC; Ruann Ernst, former chairperson of the board and CEO, Digital Island, Inc., a Cable & Wireless Company; Clifford Higgerson, general partner, ComVentures; William Keever, retired CEO, Vodafone Asia Region; Martin Klitten, retired executive vice president, Chevron Corporation; and Dan Rasdal, former chairman and CEO, Symmetricom, Inc.
