FOUR armed robbers pretending to be good Samaritans filling pot-holes on the Seme express road have been arrested by officials of the Nigerian Customs Service (NCS), Seme Command and handed over to officials of the FSARS.

The four suspected armed robbers, Ibrahim Fasasi, Male, 25 years old; Alex Bright, Male, 27 years old; Godwin Sunday, Male, 27 years old and Abiodun Sodiq, Male, 21years old were handed over to one Mr Adeyanju Kehinde of FSARS, Mowo Base by the Customs Area Controller of Seme Customs Command, Comptroller Mohammed Uba Garba in the spirit of inter-agency cooperation.

The suspects who had formed the habit of disguising as good Samaritans by filling potholes on the Seme expressway were arrested with ammunition and Charms which they use to rob unsuspecting road users.

It was gathered that the Customs, through a tip-off, swiftly apprehended the robbers at bagi bridge of the international road to Lagos-Abidjan corridor, which is their area of coverage.
