Mineral exploration company Fortune Graphite Inc (Frankfurt:ZTWN) announced today that it has voluntarily delisted from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, effective 25 May 2012.

The company said that as the Frankfurt Stock Exchange now requires all listed companies to be revenue generating and it being an exploration stage company that does not currently generate any revenues, the company's board of directors has decided it is in the best interest of the company and its shareholders to voluntarily delist from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The company will continue to operate and there will be no effect on the shares of the company.
