Former actress and her girls teaching kids about mental health.

HOLLY MATTHEWS is once again taking to the workshops - but this time it will be with her own daughters to help other children.

The former Waterloo Road and Byker Grove star, 33, who describes herself a motivational speaker, vlogger and mindset coach is letting her daughters take some of the reins.

Holly, Brooke and Texas will be running one of Holly's workshops together - but it will be aimed at kids.

The idea came from the girls asking Holly what she does, and also parents wanting to do something for their children.

Holly said: "I've been running some positive mindset workshops called The Happy Me Project in Coventry and other UK cities which have been doing really well.

"Off the back of these, I am going to do a parents and children positive mindset workshop in April.

"The idea came off the back off both the girls being interested in my work.

"I will be teaching parents and their children some of the work me and my daughters do to help with their mindsets and lots of games and positive stuff to help five to 11-yearolds.

"I really thought of the idea because my daughters wanted to come to my adult workshops and I said it was too grown up but perhaps we could put one together.

"Parents ask me all the time if I'm going to do something for their children.

"I just think it's so needed and I want to pack it out in April and spread some positivity while they're all young and impressionable.

"They can find things out at school but I really want them to interact."

The Happy Me Project was launched in November 2017 to adults online and in live workshops.

These workshops sold out every date in 2018 and soon The Happy Me Project KIDS online was born.

The online course is packed full of audios to help children with their confidence and positivity.

The workshop will be for children aged five to 11 (primary school age) and they must be accompanied by an adult.
