Former Lehman executive joins Standard Chartered.

Mohammed Grimeh, formerly global head of emerging markets at Lehman Brothers, has joined Standard Chartered Bank (LSE: STAN).

Grimeh joined as head of trading and deputy head of global markets for the Americas. He is to oversee trading in currency, interest rate, credit and commodity products.

He would also be responsible for Standard Chartered's expansion into the Americas.
