Format Changes for ZAP Festival: Zinfandel group offers four days of new events.

A pre-festival trade tasting followed a varietal seminar. A food and Zin pairing called Epicuria was the highlight of day two, and other events included a winemakers dinner and auction, flights of limited-production Zinfandel and more.
