Forever 21 moves to Herald Square. (Retail New York).

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF) has closed a lease for junior apparel and fashion retailer Forever 21 Retail, Inc. at Herald Towers, 50 W. 34th St., on Herald Square. The 25,000-SF store is Forever 21's second location in Manhattan.

Robert K. Futterman, CEO of RKF, and Howard Gilbert, senior managing director, represented Los Angeles-based Forever 21 in the transaction, and also represented the building owners, Herald Towers, LLC and JEMB Realty. Forever 21 took the space within Herald Towers for 15 years.

"Herald Square is a key retail district in Manhattan that draws millions of shoppers each year, and is the ultimate destination for retailers," said Futterman. "There is no better location for Forever 21's second New York store than the world-renowned and historic Herald Square shopping area."
