Forest's cup run Hall over; U-18 DIVISIONS.

WALLSEND Community made it through to the semi-finals of the Pin Point Junior League Cup following their 4-0 victory over Forest Hall Colts.

They will visit Red House Farm.

Montagu and North Fenham progressed to the final after a 3-1 success at Newcastle Benfield, Connor Dixon among the scorers.

In the Ray Knight League, Forest Hall Rangers pulled off an unlikely victory over Whitley Bay BC Vikings.

Despite their goal keeper being ill during the first half and eventually having to leave the field in the second period, Rangers defended stoutly and were rewarded with a 4-3 victory.

Tynemouth United returned to winning ways when they overcame Prudhoe YC.

Cameron Hill, Joe Bell, Thomas Chandler and Joel Tate were among the goals, Matthew Hopkins grabbing the only reply for Prudhoe.

Cullercoats registered a comfortable home win over Seaton Burn.

James Anderson grabbed a goal but it was Stephen Moat's four-goal salvo which secured victory.

Michael Greener and Ryan Wakeman grabbed the consolations for Burn.

NORTH Shields Juniors claimed derby bragging rights aaginst Cullercoats in Division Two of the Under-17 League thanks to efforts from Leslie Smith, Brandon Parker, Sam Crowther and Thomas Donohoe.

Blyth Town are still in with a chance of title glory thanks to their home win over Berwick Rangers.
