Foreclosure auctions on LI.

On Nov. 7 and 8, about 20 Long Island homes will be auctioned off by using the selling technique of an "onsite" auction.

COKA Realty Services, Inc., a New York based full-service real estate company, will be handling the auctions. They will also open the houses to the public for two weekends before the actual auction which will give people the chance to view and inspect each house. Financing information will also be available.
