Ford tough.
Letter to the EditorAs an out gay car salesman working for Dana Lincoln Mercury on Staten Island, N.Y., I have experienced firsthand Ford/ Lincoln Mercury's policies regarding the gay community. I have found nothing but support from my bosses and coworkers. The American Family Association's boycott Hill have little or no effect on sales at Dana Lincoln Mercury, and I predict that it will have very little effect on Ford and Lincoln Mercury sales in general. I would like to suggest that every gay, lesbian, and transgender person in this country go out and buy a Ford/Lincoln Mercury product, put our pride flag stickers on them, and show these homophobic religious-righters that we don't care what they think!
