Force kept 2nd dog on 'death row'.

THE "death row dog" row rocking a police force has deepened after a second pooch's suffering emerged.

This week it was revealed dangerous pit bull Stella has been kept in a 3ft by 9ft kennel since 2014. Devon and Cornwall Police said it was an isolated incident.

But Laura Khanlarian, a former worker at Foredowne Kennels in Kingskerswell, has released a video showing Vinnie - put down last July after two years in isolation. The rottweiler attacked three people in 2013.

Laura, 31, said: "Vinnie had no contact until the day he was put down. He was treated much the same way as Stella. In two years they never got a walk."

Police blamed "immensely frustrating" delays in the judicial process. Kennel staff refused to comment.
