FURTHER to our article of "Sexomniac Cleared Of Raping Teen girl" of July 5, we have been asked to point out that the jury found Stephen Davies not guilty of rape and, although he did admit to having sex with partners previously while asleep, and denies having sex with the alleged victim, the jury did not make a specific finding that he had sex while suffering from sexomnia.
