Football: Jake King.

Jake King will hand Telford United's new signing Dave Cameron a mission to create goals as well as score them after he joined on loan.

The 27-year-old striker has linked up for a month from Chester City and will make his debut in today's fixture at Doncaster Rovers. It will effectively be one in, one out for Bucks manager King after Tony Lormor, who has played only a handful of games due to an Achilles injury, announced he was retiring due to work commitments.

King says his usual three-man attack of Paul Moore, David Brown and Peter Smith are very similar in styles but the powerful Cameron will add a physical steeliness to complement their quickwitted, nimbleness up-front.

King, not ruling out a permanent move should Cameron impress, said: 'Dave is a big, aggressive forward and he is a different sort of striker to the ones we've got. He can help create chances as well as take them.'

Cameron looks likely to go straight into Telford's starting line-up today, with Brown, one of four absentees, banned for a match with skipper Steve Palmer. Ashley Woolliscroft has joined Paul Edwards (thigh) on the casualty list with an ankle injury, X-rays confirming no broken bones.
