Football: predator - FINAL STRAW.

A WIGAN victory tomorrow would put the tin lid on an embarrassing week for United. The indignities began at Anfield, where crocks Rio Ferdinand and John O'Shea sat among fans in the away end.

Both were invited to sing a United song. But when O'Shea started up with a particularly dodgy version of 'Red Army', his high-pitched ef forts were drowned out by a chorus of "what the f***ing hell was that?"

Then, while Arsenal and Liverpool were playing in the Champions League on Tuesday night, MUTV was showing highlights of United v... Barnet.

And it was revealed that in a switch from previous Cup finals, when Old Trafford staff got free flights to Cardiff and complimentary tickets, they were being asked to stump up for their seats and pay pounds 20 for coach travel.
