Football: United facing leaders.

JOINT leaders Droylsden will test the newly found resolve of Hinckley United tomorrow in their top five clash at the Marston's Stadium (2pm).

The Mancunians lie alongside newcomers Blyth Spartans at the head of the table with just goal difference dividing the pair and after four wins from six outings go to the Knitters looking to consolidate their lofty perch.

But Dean Thomas' men have proved they are no push-overs during the opening three weeks of the campaign and go into the game quietly confident of continuing their own excellent early season exploits.

"This is a test to see how far we have come because Droylsden are one of the top teams in the league and are sure to be up there at the end of the season. This is our toughest test so far," said Thomas.
