Football: Progress made on Arnesen talks.

TOTTENHAM will continue dialogue with Chelsea today over sporting director Frank Arnesen's switch to Stamford Bridge.

Although talks did reach an impasse in the last 24 hours, there have been telephone calls between the two parties over the Dane's move.

Tottenham have yet to report Chelsea to the FA Premier League for an illegal approach - an accusation that Chelsea would reject.

Meanwhile Tottenham await reaction from West Brom after rejecting a bid of pounds 4.5million for Mali striker Fredi Kanoute
