Football: NOTTS' BARRA BLAST; BLACKPOOL 1 NOTTS COUNTY 1.

NOTTS County came from behind to grab a wellearned point at Blackpool. A superb 30-yard Ian Barraclough free-kick with 20 minutes remaining ensured that the Magpies had a share of the spoils.

Already hit hard by injuries, County's cause wasn't helped by a 10thminute injury which forced midfielder Michael Brough out of the match. Untried youth teamer Willis Francis came on for his first senior appearance and it was the teenager who won the vital free-kick which saw Chris Clarke score with a close-range header in the 21st minute. But in a second half played in driving rain and a swirling wind, County were the better team and Barraclough's golden moment ensured justice was done.
