Football: More agony for Bosnich.

MARK BOSNICH is out of Aston Villa's Premiership title bid until the New Year.

The keeper has suffered another injury setback to wreck his hopes of being available for Villa's Christmas programme.

Bosnich is out of contract in the summer, and has already been linked with a move to either Manchester United or Italian club Roma.

He insists: "Some people think I am swinging the lead, but I'm desperate to be involved again."

The Aussie missed the last 11 games with a shoulder injury he suffered when colliding with Dion Dublin at Coventry on October 3.

Bosnich has already undergone keyhole surgery. But he said last night: "That has proved inconclusive, and I have to see a specialist again on Wednesday.

"There is every chance that more surgery will be required."
