Football: KIDDERMINSTER...1 BRISTOL R..........1.

JOHN MELLIGAN snapped up his 12th goal of the season, but Harriers still allowed Bristol Rovers to steal a point.

The midfielder has proved a real asset during his extended loan spell from Wolves this season, and was in the right place to turn in Andrew Bishop's low cross from close range in the 15th minute.

But the defensive frailties that put paid to Harriers' play-off ambitions struck again in the 71st minute when Paul Tait stole in to head home an equaliser from Chris Llewellyn's corner.
