Football: Gunners raid ruled out.

TONY ADAMS has ruled out raiding his former club Arsenal for some high class loan signings to help drag Wycombe out of trouble.

The new Chairboys manager has already consulted Gunners boss Arsene Wenger for advice on his first managerial role and was handed a transfer budget which could rise to pounds 150,000 by Wycombe chairman Ivor Beeks.

But the 37-year- old former England captain is content to work with his current squad to get Wycombe off the bottom of Division Two.

He said: ``It is a different skill from getting pounds 10m to spend. I prefer it.''
