Football: Barry to face Latvian champs.

BARRY Town have been drawn against Skonto Riga, Latvian champions every year since the club was founded in 1992, in the first qualifying round of the Champions League, with the away leg first. The first-leg matches in the first qualifying round will be played on July 17, with the return games to follow a week later.

The second qualifying round games will be played on July 31 and August 7.

Draw: Tampere Utd v Pyunik, Skoto Riga v Barry Town, Portadown v FC Belshina Bobruisk, F91 Dudelange v Vardar, FBK Kaunas v Dinamo Tirana, FC Flora Talinn v Apoel Nicosia, Zeljeznicar Sarajevo v Akranes, Hibernians v Shelbourne, Torpedo Kutaisi v B36 Torshavn, FC Sheriff Tiraspol v Zhenis Astana.
