Football: A treble chance.
The Swede has struck consecutive trebles in Celtic's last two games, the 3- 0 league win over Hearts and Saturday's 4-0 Scottish Cup romp over Dunfermline.
Another hat-trick tomorrow night would set a new post-war record for consecutive trebles in top- class Scottish football and cap the 27-year-old former Feyenoord striker's meteoric rise to prominence this season.
Celtic have hit 30 goals in their last seven home games while Killie suffered at Parkhead last season.
They crashed 4-0 on each of their two league visits although, earlier this season, they secured a creditable 1-1 draw on their first visit.
Larsson is Scotland's top scorer with 27 goals in 33 appearances this season and Kilmarnock defender Kevin McGowne admits he faces a tough night.
He said: "He is a great team player and also has exceptional individual abilities.
"As an all-round player and for his position, I'd have to say Larsson is the best in Scotland."
Only Rangers legend Colin Stein came close to scoring a hat-trick of hat- tricks, scoring consecutives trebles on his first two games for the Gers, and then a double in his third.
The Swede is 5-1 with Ladbrokes to grab the historic hat-trick
On a historical note, Malcolm Mackay once scored four, three and two in consecutive games for Queen's Park.
