Football: A scary Port of call for Docker; WORLD OF FOOTBALL.

MAKING your international debut is a scary enough prospect but Adam Docker had the added pressure of stepping out for his Pakistan bow in war-torn Iraq.

Porthmadog star Docker probably thought dealing with weekend bevvy merchants at his Manchester restaurant would be the most dangerous thing he'd have to face.

But the Welsh league ace was thrown into a World Cup qualifier with the Iraqis after a shock call-up.

Pakistan were humped 7-0 at home by Iraq earlier in the group but Docker had a debut to remember as he helped them draw 0-0 in the return.

The Pakistan side returned to a huge welcome but Docker was soon brought back down to earth.

His dismal Porthmadog side have managed just three points from their first 11 matches.
