Fool found in his ex's cupboard.

Fool found in his ex's cupboard A MAN has been jailed after being found hiding in a cupboard at the home of a woman he was ordered to stay away from.

Francis Kelbie, 26, was banned from approaching his ex as a condition of bail on December 27.

He had been arrested over an alleged domestic assault before appearing in court to deny charges against him.

Kelbie was released and told not to approach or contact his ex. But 48 hours later, on December 29, a neighbour heard him arguing with the woman at her flat.

Dundee Sheriff Court heard police found him hiding in a cupboard.

Kelbie, of Dundee, pled guilty to breaching a bail condition and was jailed for three months.
