Broadway. 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. "We 'Heart' Italian Wine," is the November wine class and sale, featuring seven wines: Castello Della Sala "Bramito" Chardonnay, Umbria 2013; Santa Cristina "Le Maestrelle," Toscana IGT 2013; Prunotto Barolo DOCG 2008; Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Reserva, Toscana DOCG 2011; Tormaresca "Torcicoda" Primitivo, Salento IGT 2012; Guado Al Tasso "Il Bruciato," Bolgheri DOC 2013; and Prunotto "Mompertone," Monferrato Rosso DOC 2010. Cooks Pots & Tabletops - 3807 Oak St. 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. "Chef Mike's Advanced Knife Skills" features Wsthof corporate chef Mike Garaghty demonstrating butchery techniques for meat, poultry and fish, as well as basic knife skills.
