Food: take five . . . chicken fajitas.

TESCO Finest Chicken Fajitas, 575g, pounds 4.99 (Two for pounds 8.98) I simply adore fajitas and these were as god as they get. Plenty of meat and crunchy veg in a delicious tortilla

MORRISONS, chicken fajitas, 460g, pounds 2.99 I found these too messy to fully enjoy. The sauce was watery and rather bland and the tortillas went hard and snapped easily

ASDA, American Chicken Fajitas, 430g, pounds 2.78The tortilla wraps proved a devil of a job to get right, without turning too crispy, but the tasty inner filling more than made up for this

M&S, Diner specials, chicken fajitas, 460g, pounds 3.99 These did not disappoint, with succulent meat and crunchy vegetables and soft tortillas. Not enough for more than one hungry person though

SAINSBURYS, Chicken fajitas 550 grams pounds 3.49 Large box disguises disappointingly meagre contents of two tepid dips and insubstantial wraps with chicken/spicy filling
