Florida gem.

A three-bedroom fully accessible home in the Cape Coral area of southwestern Florida is a rare find. This one has a private pool and Jacuzzi[R] with lift as well as many other features to make wheelchair users (and their families and friends) feel right at home, including an accessible, private boat path to the dock on the Caloosahatchee River.

The house is located at the end of a quite side street. Furnishings include a well-appointed kitchen, towels, bed linens, mid televisions in two bedrooms. The living room has a TV and a stereo system. The house also has a telephone connection.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed as well as a private sliding glass door to the pool area. One of the other bedrooms has a queen bed; another has twins.

The master bath features a roll-in shower, hand-held showerbead, grab bars, a shower/commode chair on wheels, a roll-under vanity, and grab bars near the toilet. The second bath is just outside the other two bedrooms and has a second entrance from the pool area. It is also accessible.
