Floor leased.

TIG Holdings, Inc. (Transamerica Insurance Group) has signed a lease for the entire 20th floor at 126 East 56th Street (Tower 56). The 5,300-square-foot unit will be used for New York executive offices.

TIG Holdings is a newly organized company that will operate the property and casualty insurance subsidiary of Transamerica. It recently sold more than 30 million shares in one of Wall Street's largest Initial Public Offerings.

The lease, with aggregate rentals of approximately $1 million, was negotiated by Philip Mehler, president of Philip Mehler Realty, Inc.
